Shipping Policy


We ship within the United States only.

We only ship to the billing address that is attached to your credit card, this is done to help prevent fraudulent charges. In a case where your card was lost or stolen and used to place an order with a different shipping address, the product will not be shipped. This is for your safety and protection as well as ours.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost in shipping. However, after the freight company deems the package as lost, we will ship out a replacement of the same item.  This process may take 24-48 hours.

If your product was damaged during shipping, you much contact the shipper (example: FedEx, UPS) within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will need to file a damage claim with the shipper and not with us.


Shipments and Tracking:

In most instances a tracking number will be provided to you within 24 hours after your order has been placed. Most orders are processed and shipped during this time frame.
